Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rezolyn's dashboard, API, and related services. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Rezolyn provides an AI system that detects language, classifies intent, and generates or autonomously delivers replies to customer messages on channels you connect (WhatsApp, web, voice, and supported helpdesks), including calling third-party systems you configure to resolve requests.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your API keys and account credentials, and for the content of messages your systems send through Rezolyn. Plans are billed by conversation volume as described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may not use Rezolyn to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to process data you don't have the right to process. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

AI-generated responses

Rezolyn's responses are generated automatically. While we build guardrails against unsafe or fabricated output, you're responsible for reviewing autonomous-resolution configurations against your own risk tolerance before enabling them for sensitive intents.

Availability

We target the uptime SLA specified for your plan. Service-level commitments for Enterprise plans are set out in a separate agreement.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, including non-payment.
