Support shouldn't have a language ceiling
Most AI customer support tools treat language as an afterthought, a translation layer bolted onto a system built for English. That works fine until a customer writes in Yoruba, Hausa, or Arabic, and the “multilingual” AI either mangles the reply or quietly routes it to a human queue.
We started Rezolyn because that gap is enormous and almost nobody is closing it properly. Not with better translation. With an agent that genuinely understands intent in the language it was written in, takes action against the systems that have the real answer, and resolves the ticket without a human touching it.
The architecture is language-agnostic by design: adding a language is a model and configuration change, not a rewrite. We're building it deepest first in the languages every other AI support tool handles worst, and expanding from there.
