Rezolyn is the AI customer support platform for businesses whose customers speak languages other AI tools don't understand. It reads an incoming message, works out what the customer wants, fetches live data when it needs to, and replies — in the language the customer wrote in.

Two ways to use Rezolyn

What it actually does

Every message runs through one pipeline: detect language → understand intent → (optionally) fetch live data → answer. Translation happens along the way — it is a side effect of understanding, not the product. When the model can resolve a request autonomously (a balance check, an order status), it does. When it shouldn't (a complaint, anything it's unsure of), it hands off to a human.
