Quickstart

Connect WhatsApp and answer your first customer in about 10 minutes.

This is the no-code path. You'll connect a WhatsApp Business number and let Rezolyn answer customers automatically.

1. Create an account

Sign up at app.rezolyn.com with email, Google, or GitHub. A default project is created for you automatically — everything below attaches to it.

2. Connect WhatsApp

From the dashboard, go to Channels → Add WhatsApp. You'll be handed to 360dialog (our WhatsApp Business provider), sign in with your Facebook Business account, and pick the number you want Rezolyn to answer.

Behind the scenes Rezolyn stores your channel credentials (encrypted), sets the webhook, and starts listening. There is nothing to deploy.

3. Send a test message

Message your WhatsApp number from another phone — in any supported language. Within a second or two you'll get an answer back, and the conversation appears in your dashboard's Conversations view.

4. (Optional) Connect your data

If you want Rezolyn to resolve real requests — "what's my balance", "where's my order" — connect a Partner API under Deflection. Rezolyn calls your endpoint, injects the result into its reply, and marks the conversation resolved without a human.
